    お家であっという間にできる簡単おやつレシピです。
    この「どんぐりクッキー」は娘も大好きで忙しい時でもこれなら楽ちん。

    材料もお家にあるもの４つで大丈夫。
    沖縄のお菓子「ちんすこう」のレシピをアレンジして作ってます。
    ほろほろさっくり、美味しいクッキー。

    お休みの日は、娘と一緒に色んな形を作って楽しんでます＾＾♫

      【材料】

      ・薄力粉　　７０g
      ・きび砂糖　２５g
      ・菜種油　　２５g　
      ・ココアパウダー　２g

      　【作り方】

      （準備しておくこと）
      ・オーブンを１９０度に温めておく
      　
      １　菜種油の中にきび砂糖を入れて、よく混ぜる
      ２　１の中に薄力粉をふるい入れて、粉気がなくなるまで混ぜる
      ３　目分量で良いので、生地のうちの１／３から１／４位を取り分ける
      ４　残った生地にココアパウダーを混ぜる
      ５　取り分けた生地、ココア生地、両方を１０等分に分けて、どんぐりの形を作る
      ６　１９０度で温めておいたオーブンを１７０度に設定しなおして１５分焼く。
      ７　焼きあがったら、そのまま天板の上で冷ます。
      　　（焼きたては崩れやすいので、触らないでください）

      ※材料は、菜種油がなければサラダ油でも大丈夫です。
      　お砂糖も上白糖でもグラニュー糖でも大丈夫です。

      乳製品も卵も使ってないせいか、少し乾きやすい生地です。形を作る時は、少しくらい大きさが違っても歪んでも「気しない♫」でささっと作ってみてくださいね。

      忙しいけれど、市販のおやつばかりじゃ、つまらない、添加物が心配‥、そんな時の強い味方の「どんぐりクッキー」

      雨の日に退屈してるお子さんと作るのも楽しいですよね。
      ココア生地と普通の生地の、配分を変えれば、色んな形や模様が楽しめますよ。

      【Material】

      · Light flour 70 g
      · Cracked sugar 25g
      Rapeseed oil 25 g
      · Cocoa powder 3g

      【How to make】

      (Be prepared)
      · Preheat the oven to 190 degrees
      In case
      1 Put acne sugar in rapeseed oil and mix well
      2 Sift the flour into 1 and mix until the powder disappears
      3 Since it is good at the eyes, we separate 1/3 to 1/4 of the fabric
      4 Mix cocoa powder into the remaining fabric
      5 Separate dough, cocoa fabric, divide both into 10 equal parts, make acorns
      6 Reset the oven which had been warmed at 190 degrees to 170 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
      7 When baked, let it cool on the top board as it is.
      (Freshly baked is easy to crumble, please do not touch)

      ※ If you do not have rapeseed oil, you can safely use salad oil.
      Sugar can be either white sugar or granulated sugar.

      I do not use dairy products or eggs, it is a little easy to dry fabric.
