Avocado toast

Bread (I use sourdough)
Olive oil
Avocado
Cherry tomatoes
Red onion
Cilantro

Shrimp
Garlic
Olive oil
Your spices
Salt pepper

I cook bread with olive oil.
Cut avocado,tomatoes,onion and cilantro. Sprinkle with salt and olive oil and mix well.
Sauté shrimp with garlic and spices.
Assemble and sprinkle with more olive oil and cilantro.
